PINE VALLEY MOTEL

Location exactly as expected. Accessories in good order. King bed total foam and very firm. I watched as cleaning staff cleaned and vacuumed appropriately. Check in was pleasant.

Floor shows signs of flood damage from two years earlier. Laminate flooring has separated from the base and seems to have mold growing between panels. I was afraid to go barefoot and wore shoes all the time.

beds were nice, room was large, lighting was very interesting. heater was good. power went out but maintenance man came and fixed it within minutes.

no breakfast or snacks.

Location of course was great in the Smoky Mountain area. Staff was very nice while checking in.

It threw me that the sheets were blue and the bedspreads were like a velvet purple. There was also dirt on the floor. Ice machine did not work. Expensive in my mind for the type of hotel it was but I admit this was on a Saturday night during peak tourist season.
