Only thing liked was close to work

Lots of parking,

Floor wasn't clean, they are in the middle of remodeling. We were there 5 days before Hurricane Helene hit. I am not sure if they are still standing. Souch of Spruce Pines was destroyed

Didn’t have a breakfast

Room was clean and comfortable but the outside needs a lot of repairs

Love the rooms they were very clean and loved that they had a full size coffee pot in the rooms. The lighting was very cool so was the bathroom

The mattress wouldn’t stay on the frame it kept sliding one way. But overall we had a great night

My expectations were not high and it met them

Shower had great water pressure but the warm/hot water became scalding hot randomly out of nowhere and burned my foot (see pics). Main room was ok but bathroom was filthy (see overhead fan vent). At checkout, no one was there to inform of issues, just a drop box and phone number.

It was a nice location and the staff was very polite. Room was clean and bed was comfortable after a long day.

The floor shower mat wasn't slip proof

Price and location was right. Room was clean, stocked with towels, washcloths, small packets of coffee, sweeteners and creamer. Bed was a bit high off the floor for me, sheets and blanket comfortable. Some lighting fixtures in room did not work. Big screen TV was nice, WiFi was fast and always available. All in all I would stay there again.

Motel was good for quick stay. Red satin sheets in a motel/hotel room were terrible though.
