Very clean this is a new property about three years old. I would stay here again it’s close to restaurants and shopping also about 10 min away from the UARK.

Only problem we experienced was a toilet seat that had come off hinges. My husband just fixed it himself. Perhaps the person cleaning the bathroom before our stay should have noticed and reported to maintenance. We like staying here and have done so numerous times when in Fayetteville. It is our first choice. The place is always clean; the staff is nice.

"Good but with reservation"

It’s needing paint and new window shades in the rooms. Wall thermostats non functional you have to control on ptac ac. Housekeeping staff is non verbal and strange. Muslims. They just aren’t friendly at all. But for me it’s convenient but I have one more trip and I might look around. No ac in halls. Hot!
