Las instalaciones y el lugar comun muy bonitos, asi como el equipamiento. Lindas vistas. La piscina impecable igual que el resto de la limpieza del lugar

Encontre de casualidad a la persona de la limpieza quien me dio la llave de la habitacion y despues de eso no vi a nadie mas el tiempo que estuve en el alojamiento. Tuve que dejar la llave puesta en la habitacion porque no habia a quien entregarla. No es facil regresar desde el centro.

Great stay at Villa Tesoro, the villa is big with two big terrace. There are 5 rooms in total, 3 upstairs and 2 downstairs sharing the kitchen and common area. The view from the villa is amazing. The place is very clean, there is a cleaning lady coming everyday to clean the common area. Location is great, 20 mins walking down to the beach. Coming up, you need to take the local bus and it stops 1 min away from the villa. SITA bus station is also nearby, which can take you to Sorrento, Amalfi etc. Francesco is great at communications.

There is no shampoo or body wash. You need to bring your own.

So it was great. I had some problems when I was traveling and got really good help from Francesco one of the person I contacted.

Hotel room absolutely disgusting, smells like pure moldy moisture, mouldy walls, bugs all over the walls, a large tub that doesn’t work (won’t fill up with water, only makes a rattling noise), wifi does not work in the room which makes us feel uneasy, need to go all the way to the terrace to use it at all. There is NO pool as per advertisement, only these plastic inflatable tubs that are totally dirty clearly no one cleans them out, so unsanitary, this place needs to be shut down. Reached out to owners to see if any of their other rooms are any better, took ages to resolve our issue, they finally decided to give us another room but it was so late by then (maybe 9pm) we didn’t get to enjoy the room. The next morning, we went to the kitchen and dining room for breakfast to find out they also had no breakfast as per advertisement - owner said they never advertised that. Had we known about that they didn’t offer half the things advertised we would’ve never stayed there, and how insanitary it was just made the experience horrific.
