πρωινο ηταν καλο,

τα παραθυρα δεν ειχαν Σιτες,με αποτελεσμα να μην μπορεις να τα ανοιξεις, και το δωματιο μετα μυριζε, η πορτα της ντουζιερας ειχε μεγαλο κενο στο κατω μερος ,με αποτελεσμα να περναει νερο στο υπολοιπο μπανιο και να γινεται πολυ ολισθυρο το πατωμα, και βρωμικο.

The in room jacuzzi was amazing! It really adds to the room. It was spotless.

Maybe instructions should be given for the jacuzzi use.

Obiekt blisko morza i plaży. Można pochodzić po Platanias do nocy po sklepikach, po pubach. Można wykupić wycieczki - autokar zabiera spod hotelu. Obiekt bardzo dobrze wyposażony (szlafroki, kapcie, szczoteczki do zębów...) sprzątany codziennie. Przemiła obsługa.

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, στο κέντρο του Πλατανιά! Πεντακαθαροι χώροι, ευγενικό προσωπικό σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε πρόθυμο να μας εξυπηρετήσει!

La struttura è molto vicina al mare. Platanias in sè non è un luogo pittoresco. È una strada piena di negozi e ristoranti, sale giochi, bar con neon e auto che sfrecciano veloci. Ha però un'ottima posizione per escursioni in spiagge e località culturali molto belle dell'occidente cretese. L'albergo ha una discreta colazione (a volte un po' disorganizzata, con cose che mancano tipo tazze e bicchieri o portate che non vengono riassortite). Lo staff è molto premuroso la pulizia è attenta.

Le stanze: abbiamo preso due soluzioni superior. Una quadrupla e una tripla. Entrambe al pian terreno, con pochissima aereazione. La tripla ha una stanza "cieca" senza finestra. Mentre la struttura sembra ristrutturata da poco, il bagno aveva i segni del tempo. Nella quadrupla bagno piccolissimo. Questione parcheggio: si parla di parcheggio libero ma con prenotazione, affrettatevi perchè ha al massimo spazio per sette- otto auto. Il prezzo poi non è adeguato alla struttura.

I would give it strong 4 stars hotel for the things hotel provides, for example: robes, room slippers, even tooth brush kit-something that not every “good hotel 4 stars in Europe would provide. The ladies at the reception were kindest and sweetest people, very helpful and polite. Everything we requested upon our stay, was always answered with a YES! Room was spacious, good AC, even complimentary water/tea/coffee. Our windows were facing the main road which was always busy with tourists, but we did not hear any noise.

One of the ladies working at the breakfast restaurant brought glasses for the water, by putting all her fingers inside of them.
