Torquay Heights Modern Apartments

Great location. Few mins walk to beach, harbour and restaurants. Quite clean and would stay again. Nice place to stay for a small family if you like modern living.

Blocked shower but was ok for it not to be fixed until our stay was over. Was a little dusty on bedroom furniture if being picky, but other than that the apartment is modern, comfortable and a really nice place to stay.

We booked for a family of 4, we had to find our own sheets for the sofabed within the apartment and there were not enough sheets to cater for 4. This was disappointing as we had booked for 4 and this was not rectified throughout our 5 night stay. A welcome pack of some sort would have been nice, suggesting what’s around and how to use the hob. The apartment is lovely and clean. However I can not see how it’s called ‚ luxury’ ?? Advertised as coffee making facilities and a kettle. There clearly is ONLY a kettle, no French press or similar what I would have expected to make coffee with since I had brought ground coffee with me. If luxury - I would have also liked a dishwasher which is not available, handwashing dishes is ok but not luxury. We found it difficult to work out the whole safety locking of the electric hob, simple instructions would have been very much appreciated. We are a family of keen recyclers of anything that can be recycled, which played on our conscience during the stay because all packaging and paper we used ended up in landfill as no recycling facilities were available, and we did ask about it. There is a small standard wheelie bin in the curb, overflowing with waste from all the holiday apartments in the block. We did enjoy our stay here, but it could have been more pleasant with a few tweaks.

Nice Apartment

We did not find the Duvets for the 3. person and tried to call. During several hours no reply to our calls. Not very helpful.

Easily top of the list for quality! Very clean, peaceful, well equipped and great for families. Keyless access caught us off guard but won us over quickly, induction hobs, smart TV with prime video and YouTube, lots of extra bedding, large shower, provided brand new cot and high chair. Very prompt and professional response to questions when contacted. Great stay, highly recommended to everyone! Shane and Chantelle.

Rooms very clean and modern stopped in top deck my son loved the bed excellent location will be booking again.

Just no key all codes and no staff any problems but had numbers to ring and no parking

The floating bed room was amazing it was a wonderful surprise when I walked it
