"Exceptional"

Could not recommend this host highly enough, nothing was too much trouble, questions were answered immediately whilst on the stay, to the extent that when we asked about a highchair, one was delivered the next morning. Very modern with all amenities. Extremely clean, very central and family friendly. Will definitely be staying again in the future.

Apartment very small, it was not clean. I can't call it luxury... possibly worst Apartment in south of UK

"We will not return"

Location was good, away from the town centre. Kids loved the bunk bed. Kitchen was well equipped.

Found lots of dog hair everywhere, unable to get the hoover until after 4 days . Had to share the washing machine, no lock to the bathroom. Soap finished after a day. No welcome basket.
