"Excellent location, attentive host, clean and cosy apartment"

Excellent location, clean and comfortable, host was friendly and helpful. Easy self check in. Lots of useful information and recommendations. Modern and cosy apartment. Would highly recommend. Free parking in the road just behind the apartment block. Close to harbour, shops, bars and restaurants.

"Exceptional"

Modern and extremely clean property in a great location. The owner was wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. This was also a pet friendly apartment. We would definitely book again and I have also recommended this apartment to friends.

I liked the location and was easy to find and easy to not worry about a key so that was good. Near the town and easy to go and from. Easy access to property

No Wi-Fi no ! Emailed untold times no response as said was in the booklet no instructions for cooker, plus electric switches hanging off the wall in bedroom and front room not safe!! These need sorting asap. I am disappointed after numerous emails and trying to ring no one responded this isn’t good enough! I would not recommend your accommodation, It’s a shame as looked nice but I asked for a view and also was the back of the place and supposed to be a superior room. No extra blankets for sofa in front room except sheets freezing cold at night time and the two heaters took ages and didn’t really warm up the apartment despite being on the warm up before bed time. After two days I asked another person for Wi-Fi codes after using my mobile data up. They all showed me the booklet which we were supposed to have I looked in every drawer and cupboard nothing. This is not good enough.
