A falta de educação, hospitalidade e respeito com cliente da Senhora que cuida do local. "Explora" seu recepcionista e o humilha gritando. Grita com cliente. Bate na porta do banheiro pra sair logo e receber o valor de R$15 uma ducha, sabendo que antes de entrar não havia ninguém pra receber o pagamento e tínhamos horário de ônibus. Ao sair, acreditamos que já teria alguém na recepção pra receber. Ela fez um escandalo. Extremamente mal educada. E não autorizava reservar as mochilas para check in ou check out, coisa que todo hostel tem te compartimento pra isto. Em questão de atendimento, foi horrível! Diversos colegas estrangeiros ficaram constrangidos com sua postura escandalosa.
