La struttura è abbastanza buona peccato che la signora che fa le pulizie grida ed insulta, pensa che sia casa sua e fa come vuole. Dice che un bagno degli ospiti è destinato a suo uso esclusivo. Inoltre parla da sola gridando. Sono stato male a letto di pomeriggio ed è entrata nella stanza gridando accendendo la luce e aprendo la porta. Dovrebbe essere licenziata! una pessima energia ambulante che rovina il soggiorno a Paraty.

La signore delle pulizie. C è solo 1 frigorifero.

Très bien placé car proche de la station de bus avec plusieurs commerces à quelques minutes. Accès au village historique très simple également

"Bom, mas podem melhorar...."

Localização. Armário para colocar pertences. AMEI o microondas na cozinha. Quarto espaçoso e com banheiros dentro. Sala para convívio. Wi-fi funciona bem.

PODE MELHORAR: Comunicação (melhorar o atendimento no check-in); Limpeza; Colocar um ventilador na cozinha (muito abafado, sem ventilação); Geladeira da cozinha está horrível, não gela, tinha muita coisa estrada dentro; Ar condicionado do quarto não atende; Portas de acesso aos quartos e banheiros precisam de manutenção URGENTE; Senhora da limpeza o tempo inteiro reclamando pois, segundo ela, trabalha das 5hs às 22hs (nós hóspedes não temos culpa dela estar sobrecarregada). Tempo inteiro reclamando de tudo e todos; Seria interessante uma reforma, pintura.
