직원분들 친절하고 협조적입니다! 건축물과 아이누족을 컨셉으로한 인테리어가 아름다워요. 온천이 딸린 객실을 선택했는데 여긴 컨디션 관리가 썩 좋지 않아서 대욕탕만 이용했습니다.

ĺĺ camera assegnataci era in fondo ad un lungo corridoio, distante dagli ascensori. Essendo due persone anziane, abbiamo fatto richiesta di avere una stanza più facilmente accessibile ma senza risultato. Anche perché la proposta dell'hotel di cambiare stanza è arrivata dopo che si erano già disfatti i bagagli e sistemato le nostre cose inĺ camera. Altra cosa che ci ha spiacevolmente colpito è l'assoluta mancanza di un'alternativa alla colazione giapponese. Ora noi eravamo pienamente consapevoli del tipo di ospitalità alberghiera ma ci saremmo aspettati un po' di flessibilità sulla colazione. In fondo, un caffè, con pane tostato burro e marmellata un succo di frutta non ci pareva una richiesta impossibile da soddisfare.

시설 좋음, 하지만 무료 식음료 라운지가 좀 약함. 다과, 술 같은 약간의 서비스 필요. 2000엔짜리 술 마시는 체험 신청했는데 종교적인 의미가 들어가 있어서(불의 신에게 술을 바침) 좀 불쾌했음. 하지만 뷰는 좋았음. 음식도 아주 괜찮았음

寧靜而美麗的婆羅多湖畔，晴朗清新的空氣和微風，可惜的衛生糟糕，免洗馬桶噴水頭都黑色污漬，浴室牆壁發霉，房間內溫泉非常髒，第一天泡完我們皮膚都發癢，餐點品質普通，除限定用餐時段第二天還延遲到八點才能入席，最後我們只想趕快離開到下一個飯店行程

-Very nicely located next to the Ainu museum -Well trained staff, greeting you from the entrance including concierge and bell boy -Rooms very nice, high quality material and amenities, views of the lake - outdoors onsen really nice, not massified at all and with great peaceful views of the lake -food was also very nice, we enjoyed more the breakast specially the ainu stew than the dinner, but dinner was also great

The water at the onsen Sankaku no yu is amazing. We went to three additional onsen after KAI Poroto but the water at KAI was the best. The main pool has a part that is outdoors which looks out on the lake. Beautiful. I also appreciated leaving the hotel and walking around the village of Shiraoi. There are interesting bakeries and restaurants not too far from the resort, even though the general Shiraoi area appears to be quite remote. The kaiseki meals were good but what I appreciated more was the service by the staff, which appeared to be more familiar with foreign guests. At other resorts run by other companies, the staff appeared clearly hesitant to approach us, let alone take the time to explain the food. They would just point at the paper Engish menus and tell us to read it. This was not the case at KAI Poroto, where the staff took the time to explain each course, at least the best they could. The rooms were quite comfortable and well furnished. It was a bit ironic that the Sankaku building is so architecturally interesting, but not the main building of the hotel, which is basically a rectangle.
