旅館佔地比想像中小很多，其中洞穴溫泉池開放給非住宿客比較混亂，另外加價升等了晚餐但覺得不太值得 其他部分非常棒

很棒的溫泉旅館，從進門開始就很有味道，非常適合放空的地方
시설은 고급스럽고 조용했으며, 온천 물도 훌륭했습니다. 주변 환경, 사람들의 전통과 어우러지는 것도 인상적이었습니다. 저녁식사와 조식 모두 최고급 레스토랑 같다는 인상을 주었습니다. 무엇보다 그러한 느낌을 받을 수 있게 최선을 다해 주시는 스탭들이 대단하다고 생각합니다. 카이 계열의 다른 곳들도 방문해 보고 싶습니다.
AUPriced & advertised as a luxury resort, this was nice but not worth the very high price tag. Claustrophobic dinner settings, badly cooked food, no flexibility of dining times, poor housekeeping standard & zero luxe touches expect the nice onsen

숙박도 좋고 야외 온천도 좋았는데요 음식이 그리 맛나지는 않았네요 주변에 너무 아무것도 없어서 한가롭게 지내긴했어요 그것빼고는 다 만족스러운 여행이였네요
PHTop class modern ryokan with stunning design based on Ainu indigenous culture, fantastic, caring heartfelt service, and outstanding food also with Ainu influences. So glad to have been able to visit, will definitely return in the future to stay for a bit longer. Expansive Ainu museum next door as well.
