The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful and made our check in and out smooth and easy. The location was great, very central for what we wanted. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxed and the rooms were very clean and comfortable, with air con and heating. As it was a hot weekend the air con was appreciated. The bathroom was equipped with nice toiletries and the hairdryer was good quality . There was a large mirror, that had a lovely message written on as it was my birthday and our anniversary. We also were given some complimentary prosecco 😄. We parked on the NCP car park and got a £20 discount!

The welcoming entrance and the way guests used the facilities downstairs. The feel of the downstairs lobby felt relaxed and homely. The friendly staff on arrival were very helpful and there was always someone around to answer any questions we had.

The room we stayed in looked over a busy club which was very noisy. I was woken several times throughout the night by sirens or people screaming and being loud. This was from people in the street though, so not something the hotel can control. This would not put me off returning though, every other aspect of our stay was pleasurable.

Posizione centralissima che ti permette di raggiungere comodamente tutti i punti d'interesse della città. La presenza di un bar interno molto ben fornito e di una sala con diverse attività ludiche (tipo il biliardo)

A volte un po' rumoroso per via dei suoni dei locali vicini. I cuscini estremamente morbidi

Great location and style

I loved the relaxed cosey vibe to the place the decor was wonderful. I liked how there was games to play that myself and my daughter enjoyed. Everyone was friendly. The breakfast was delicious. Everywhere was so spotless clean. The bed was super comfy and over all I was so pleased with my stay that I was just disappointed I had to go home.

There’s nothing I could say I didn’t like Really. My daughter said the hair conditioner wasn’t very good but that’s just being picky lol
