"The best hotel ever!"

This was the best experience I have ever had. I have been to some of the best hotels in the United States, but everything about this hotel was amazing. It wasn’t a stay, it was an experience. I have never felt so taken care of. The staff truly care. I am blown away that this type of service still exists in today’s world. I would go back just to stay at the hotel. Sofia helped make our trip unforgettable. She’s went above and beyond as did all those we came in contact with. They have set a new standard for all other hotels. It was truly a 6 star hotel experience. That was the best we have ever had! We are hooked, we won’t stay anywhere else.

"Great room for 1 person but can’t recommend for 2"

Let’s start with the positives, fantastic location and room finish out is excellent. Room service was solid as well. The. Biggest beef I have is with the bathroom design and over all size of the rooms. Again, really cool design but for 2 people it’s just not practical because you don’t feel like you have any visual or auditory privacy in the shower or the toilet. We were in a corner suite and it felt like it was under 300 sqft, this is a room and not a suite. Also, no one was at the front desk when we arrived in the afternoon if a Saturday and had to wait 3 plus minutes for someone to help us.

"Amazing stay & prime location"

I had an amazing stay at 1 Hotel Nashville! The property was spotless, and my room was absolutely beautiful with a stunning view of the city. The location couldn’t be more perfect—just a short walk to Broadway, which made exploring so easy. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. And the rooftop bar? Fantastic ambiance and the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the city vibes. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Nashville!

"Incredible hotel and great valet as well!"

We had a great stay at 1 Hotels and the valets Luke, CJ and Dre were so great. They handled our vehicle with great care, and they even charged our car for us while we stayed. This relieved a lot of stress for us to find a charging station after a long drive!
