Appreciated mustaphas help with room upgrade. he was very patient. the overall service at 1kitchen was also very good.

If you want to see the best of Nashville from above, this is the place. The One Hotel Rooftop Bar has breathtaking panoramic views, friendly service, and an atmosphere that feels both upscale and chill. Every dish was delicious, and DJ DTL Jams kept the vibe flawless all night.

Went recently with my girlfriend and we had the best time! Chef Will helped us choose what to get and he didn't disappoint. I had the lamb and it came with the best cabbage I've ever had! My girlfriend had the salmon and it was also great! He set us up with Renae with drinks and she brought us some great stuff! Both of them were super cool and if we came back we would hope to get them again!

Leslie provided me variety of wine options and I had the best calamari. She is great, I will definitely be back!!!!!!!!!

Thank you 1 Hotel Nashville for giving my daughter and I one of the best Thanksgivings we have ever shared. I was visiting from SoCal and staying with my daughter over the holiday when we decided that spa treatments would be a great way to spend some downtime before dinner in her neighborhood. First of all, thank you to the staff that worked on Thanksgiving.. we treasured our time at the spa. After completely relaxing massages, we decided lunch and champagne at 1 Kitchen was in order, mostly because Andrew had sent us a surprise treat to the spa, and had mentioned that he would be at the restaurant. I think this is one of my most unexpectedly favorite afternoons, mostly because it was curated in a spontaneous and truly exceptional manner by Andrew, whom had nothing to gain from sending some incredible starters from the kitchen. Bravo to the chef, everything, especially the calamari was so good that we will be returning for more. Additionally, as I do not always stay with my daughter and have stayed at almost every hotel in this downtown area, including the Joseph, the Noelle, Bobby, Hermitage, Graduate, and the 1, because of this most recent visit, the 1 Hotel has my loyalty. The staff, from the valet (Zihan) to the spa to the restaurant.. is reminiscent of the Montage philosophy of making guests feel like family. Both my daughter and I cannot wait to return and make more memories. It felt like home being at the 1, in the best way.

Jerius was Very Helpful and often gave a suggestions of great places to visit the city. He also helped us with the loaner vehicle, and every time he took us He was very courteous and professional.. Edward was very nice and polite. Every time we came through the door. He was ready with a smile, and made her stay very memorable. He also helped us in an out of our cars and took our luggage. I know he’s offered a helping hand.

This experience makes me want to come back again soon! The entire staff have been so kind and courteous to our family. I felt like they truly cared and once they found out it was my birthday they went above and beyond to celebrate me! The server at the restaurant was so kind to our family. He took the time to make recommendations and explain the menu. The food was INCREDIBLE. Best dinner we’ve ever eaten. Michael was so amazing at his job he really took care of us! The dessert was the absolute best! I wish he could serve us at every restaurant. Not many servers out there like him! Thank you so much for making our experience unforgettable!!
