Our stay at One Hotel Nashville was nothing short of transformative. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this is a property defined by its people and by an uncommonly thoughtful standard of care. Rebecca, the manager, set the tone for our entire trip with a kind of anticipatory attentiveness that has become increasingly rare in hospitality. She made my mother's birthday and our Mother's Day celebration feel deeply personal, attending to every detail with quiet intention and genuine warmth. Hers is the sort of leadership one feels throughout a property, and it shows in every member of her team. The house car service was a particular delight. Herb and Jarahmis, our drivers, were unfailingly kind and attentive, the sort of presence that makes every arrival and departure feel considered. It is a small touch on paper, but in practice it shaped the rhythm of our days beautifully. The culinary experience was equally impressive. The team at 1 Kitchen brought genuine craft and creativity to every meal, and they were remarkably accommodating of our dietary needs without ever making us feel like an exception. Neighbor's Cafe carried that same ethos through breakfast and casual visits, warm, attentive, and equally thoughtful about how they prepared our food. To find a hotel where both the signature restaurant and the more casual cafe operate at such a high and consistent standard is genuinely rare. The property itself is beautifully designed, calm and considered in every detail, but it is the people who elevate it from a lovely hotel to a truly memorable one. Because Rebecca and her team made us feel so genuinely valued, our affection for Nashville itself is now inseparable from the care we received here. We will absolutely return, and largely because of the people who make this place what it is.

lobby tiny, lacks 1 Hotel vibe found in Miami & Copenhagen. Food in restaurant mediocre. FD service friendly, terrace room A+, though lacks bathroom privacy.

Everything was extremely calming. So calming that you forget that your are in one of the loudest cities in the south.

Per night price is a little too high.

Sofia at the front desk was absolutely amazing to work with. We came in at 8am and she helped get the room ready by 10am. Great experience and beautiful hotel.
