Absolutely loved this hotel! Great walking distance to the honky tonks on broadway. The town car service is also great and helps to save money on Ubers. Awesome hotel rooms with a great atmosphere and view of the city. Hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. Definitely couldn’t leave without checking out the rooftop bar. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I stayed at 1 Hotel in Nashville while on a trip to celebrate our anniversary. It’s absolutely stunning! Sofia went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. She gave us a complimentary upgrade on our room with a beautiful view of the city. Shortly after arriving, she sent a bottle of champagne and a beautiful platter of treats to our room. So thoughtful! Thanks for making our stay extra special!

The location and the ambience of the property was good with the bed a particular highlight (King balcony room)

Unhelpful staff when checkin in early - another staff member checked me in before 4pm but the first staff member Justin was adamant I couldn't... My room was poorly cleaned , literally made the bed and new towels...so i got $100 reimbursed for the bar... NO POOL - I had to pay $60 to use less expensive hotels pools....this is not what I excpect There were hundreds of non-hotel guests in the elevators at the weekend, hotel guests have zero priority in the hotel bar over random people from the street. Access to elevators for randomers felt unsafe, floor 4 for example had no secure access once on that floor via the elevator so anyone can get to your floor! even on check-out NO bottled water ... I get this at 3 star hotels! This is very much style over substance and I would recommend the JW Mariott over this....amazing pool just across the road. Would not stay here ever again.

My husband and I had an amazing stay at 1 Hotel Nashville. We felt very welcome with our two puppies—they even provided dog beds and bowls. The room was very spacious and clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The décor is sophisticated and creates such a relaxing vibe. Location is good, very close to the Broadway. It can be a little bit noisy during the day, but it was very quiet at night.

We were so “zen” in this establishment from the moment walking into the lobby, our room, the dedication to sustainability, the enthusiastic staff, comfortable bed, and convenience of walking to establishment.
