Breakfast is very tasty

The location was exceptional as it was away from Pattaya and all the noise however, 10 minutes in a car, you were right in the middle of Pattaya. The service from all the staff was exceptional, the pool area was a great place to sit and have a drink with full service. The rooms were well appointed with everything needed from a five star hotel

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff is warm and welcoming and the service was just impeccable. Everything from the room to the view to the food was just spectacular. My friend and I got both a pool view and a sea view. The a la carte buffet is a must try as it provides a fine dining experience and their complimentary glass of sparkling wine was a delight. I look forward to staying here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Cross. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was perfect very clean and modern . We had an ocean view we stayed for a week. Walking distance to a variety of delicious restaurants that are ocean front. The area is very peaceful not over crowded for the month of June and July.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Cross Pattaya and would return in a heartbeat! Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and came with two balconies offering stunning views of both the pool and the ocean—a real treat to wake up to each morning. The bed was super comfy with large, soft pillows, and the big bathtub was perfect for relaxing after a day out. What really made the stay special were the thoughtful touches: we were welcomed with mocha macarons in the room, and each night we received a lovely evening box with chamomile tea, cookies, a face mask, and earplugs—such a unique and relaxing detail that made us feel truly cared for. We also had a great time at Sea Salt restaurant. The staff were friendly and professional, and the à la carte menu offered delicious, high-quality meals—everything we tried was fresh and full of flavor. The pool area was another highlight—spacious, quiet, and equipped with super comfortable sunbeds, making it the perfect place to unwind. But the absolute highlight of our trip was our sunset dinner at Kliff. The view was breathtaking, and the food was so good we honestly didn’t want the evening to end. It was hands down the best sunset dining experience we’ve ever had. If you're visiting Pattaya, don’t think twice—book your stay at Cross Pattaya. The service, the setting, and the attention to detail were all beyond our expectations.
