I recently stayed at Cross Pattaya Pratamnak and was truly impressed! a beautiful colonial-style design — elegant, simple, and located near the sea. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, with plenty of photo-worthy spots. It's the perfect place to unwind. There are also Bite Box café, co-working space, spa, fitness center, kid’s club, and garden, so much to enjoy throughout the day. We stayed in the Elite Executive Ocean Suite, which was spacious and offered panoramic sea views. There were two private balconies to enjoy the scenery. The room was beautifully decorated with a cozy bed, a comfy sofa corner, a working desk, and all the amenities you need. The bathroom was luxurious too, featuring a bathtub and His & Her sinks, with separate wet and dry zones. I really appreciated the small thoughtful touches, like the Design Your Drink set that lets you mix your own drinks in-room (with an additional charge), and the Sweet Dream service at night offering a bedtime drink, eye mask, and ear plugs. The breakfast at Sea Salt was amazing! You can choose from an a la carte menu and a buffet line. Plus, they serve sparkling wine! There was a wide variety of food, and I especially enjoyed the new Indian dishes they added. At checkout, the hotel even gave us a little souvenir. Such a lovely gesture that made the experience even more memorable. Perfect for couples or families. I’d definitely love to come back again!

I had a truly wonderful stay at Cross Pattaya Pratamnak Hotel. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, stylish, clean, and comfortable with top-notch facilities like the swimming pool, gym, and a lovely café for breakfast. What made my stay even more special was the incredible hospitality from the staff. Every single one of them made me feel welcome and well taken care of. I still remember their names because of how helpful and kind they were throughout my visit, Nan, Boss, Gems, Momay, Andy, Thanyah, Tutor, Bass, M, Pak Saruth, and Garn, thank you all for making my experience so memorable. One word …. AMAZING. From the time we checked in, we were recognised as staying in the Cross hotel in Chiang Mai, and we were upgraded. The lady at reception was so wonderful and helpful. Thank you so much. The room clean and beautiful apples. Would thoroughly recommend and will be back for sure

We went to Pattaya with my wife and stayed at this hotel. Immediately we were met by pleasant staff, no problems in communicating with them, because everyone knows basic English. I would especially like to mention Momay at the front desk! She communicated very pleasantly and understandably, went along with any questions. We were also lucky to get a room on the 5th floor with a beautiful sea view! The location of the hotel is very convenient and the rooms are comfortable and beautiful!

We stayed in the Elite Suite, a spacious room with panoramic views of Koh Larn Island. The bed? Cloud-like and irresistibly cozy. We were welcomed with delicious macarons and pampered with thoughtful Turn Down Service, complete with an eye mask and earplugs for a peaceful night’s sleep. Nothing beats sipping your favorite drink on the balcony while watching the sunset — absolutely magical! Dinner was a feast at Seasalt Restaurant with their A La Carte Buffet at just 888++. The value is unbelievable with highlights like sashimi, grilled prawns, beef Khao Soi, pasta, salad bar, and so much more — all served fresh for 90 minutes of unlimited dining! Our stay ended perfectly with their Bubbly Breakfast, featuring premium dishes like wagyu beef, caviar, braised pork leg, steamed fish, and a variety of eggs, all paired with free-flow champagne — a must-try signature experience! Perfectly located near Pratamnak Hill with easy access to cafes and restaurants, Cross Pattaya Pratamnak is the ideal getaway for stunning views, ultimate comfort, and endless photo moments.
