"Nice apartment, next to the beach and Somerset West / Stellenosch area, very safe."

The flat is newly renovated and in very good condition - as on the pictures. The location close to the beach is prefect; however, the early morning traffic to Cape Town, starting before 06:00, is a downside. Security is very good. Would come again. Good location to relax and explore the Somerset West / Stellenbosch area.

Traffic noise in the morning.

The outside was very run down. The smell coming from the sewage plant was atrocious
