The house and the area

Nothing the place was exceptional

Terrible smell coming constantly from the sewerage plant opposite the road.

Lovely decorated apartment with a beautiful view over False Bay and Cape Point. Everything in the apartment including fans, kitchen utensils , beds and linen and white goods of highest quality. Kaylene were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Very Secure apartment with secure parking.

As this property is across a public park close to the beach it becomes very busy and noisy over weekends but becomes peaceful again after sunset. We were out most of the time returning back late so this was not a huge problem for us.

The view and modern furniture

Smell of sewerage not far. Cars all day past flat. Very hot in afternoon. No air-condition. Furniture very dirty. Also carpet.
