The location was not ideal at all. We arrived on a public holiday and there were masses of people parked right outside the apartment going to the beach. The motor for the electric gate was broken, meaning the gate had to be operated manually and anyone could then access the apartment block and jump into the apartment through the balcony. Safety was therefore a big concern. The apartment only had one shared bathroom and toilet, which isn't ideal for a family of four.

The venue well design with partial sea view if you overlook the public park where 1000’s people locate ever public holiday

The facility management is beyond poor the access gates never work therefore major security risk specialty with the over crowded area on both sides of the property 1000’s of people camping around the facility no toilet facilities for them and open gates to complex agents not helpful stating it’s a Trustees decision to neglect maintenance No parking control resident don’t respect dedicated parking bays and one left stranded at on overpriced accommodation location

Liked everything bout the place. Was very quite and secured.

I did not like the fact we have Sit in loadshedding with my family.

Amazing, Cosy & Comfortable, Homely , Beautiful are the first descriptions that come to mind when I think of this place. I honestly did not want to leave. The modern aesthetics were either done by a professional or someone with good taste. Half the time I wanted to stay indoors as opposed to going out to enjoy Cape Town. Everything from the kitchen, the bathroom to the bedrooms were clean. The beach views were just heavenly. Don't let the outside fool you because it looks ordinary. It's in a secure and quiet place. This place is perfect for someone who needs some peace and quiet. As for the host, Kaylene was perfect - her responses were quick and she was 100% very helpful.

The mosquitoes - but we solved that by buying mosquito repellant

The property is easily accessible and right opposite the beach. the apartment is spacious and absolutely stunning and the furniture is modern brand new and the place smells great and it’s clean super clean.

That it had only one bathroom and toilet but we managed as a group.

102 Cisterama review What a wonderful time we had in Strand at this apartment! We were greeted by warm and friendly Kaylene who took us through everything in detail. The entire apartment is absolutely gorgeous with great thought around design! From the tiles to the furniture to the wonderful ambience and scent! A great view of the ocean was amazing with a literal hop, skip and jump to the beach! Superb! Superb! Will definitely recommend and visit again!
