Everything about this place is brilliant comfy close to town

Only thing is wish it was a lot easier with all the codes to get in apartment

It was a good space and good location

It was tired, lots of scuff marks. It was dusty and grimy in places. A basin tap in one of the en-suites was broken, a bedside drawer was broken. Some of the furniture was cheap and shabby. The fridge temperature was dodgy. To be fair the bedding and towels were very clean

Excellent location, spacious apartment.

Obtaining the keys and finding the apartment instructions could be clearer.

Location, comfortable flat, good parking options

A bit complicated initial set up with key boxes in different locations.

Clean and handy to local thing's to do some good pub close

Well equipped and great location. Enclosed parking which was fantastic as location wise there would have been nowhere to park without the allocated space. Very spacious.

Ideally a manual for the heating and hot water would have been useful. The heating was good although needed adjusting and no way of knowing how to do this. Radiator in bathrooms did not work although that could be as no manual on how to work them. Could have been cleaner. High touch points such as door handles areas and banister grimy and dirty and cushions on sofa dirty with dried something on them really should have been cleaner. Could not open the windows which due to being an old building which I understand but no fresh air. Large decorative clock did not work...not a deal breaker but its attention to detail as with the cleanliness.

Lovely location close to the town and the train station. Stayed with my partner and we both loved the apartment. Comfortable bed, great appliances to use and a smart tv to watch Netflix and all sorts.

The oven tray had left over food on it clearly wasn’t cleaned. The coffee machine had a coffee capsule left inside.

Room was really modern, big and had a really comfy bed, everything catered for, with stylish features

Could of done with tv in bedroom and better instructions around getting the keys as there are 2 buildings to one to get fob and one to get room keys. But when I rang they answered straight away and directed me to the keys. Parking also tight. With narrow road. But overall really really happy with the stay.
