"Einfach nur schrecklich "

Es war grauenhaft. Auf den Fotos alles toll. Jedoch waren Haare auf allen Betten. Nach Anfrage haben sie noch nicht mal sich das angeschaut. Kein Interesse gezeigt. Als ich gesagt habe was jetzt passiert haben sie gesagt: nichts! Nie wieder !!

Mükemmel bir kahvaltısı var. Personel kalitesi üst seviyede. Odalar fena değil. Otelin şehir merkezinde olması çok büyük artı. Tek eksik klima olmaması.

"Exceptional"

Within easy walking distance of the train station, castle and old town. Very friendly staff who spoke English. We went to the restaurant for dinner. Great service and food. Breakfast was incredible... for a start 13 different types of cheeses!! Room very clean and large.

Enige punt dat aandacht mag hebben is de netheid in de kamers. Er mag beter worden stofgezogen. Wij verbleven met 5 personen en er lag maar 3 handdoeken. Daarnaast mogen de temperaturen in het gebouw ook best lager.
