I had one night at the Grand hotel Catalkaya in Erzurum. I should have stayed for two nights. Erzurum is a very nice town to wander about in. The hotel is excellent value for money. I stayed there in summer, which I suppose is their off season. The room was great, the staff were professional and helpful. The Catalkaya has a great breakfast buffet with a large variety of dishes. It is one ofvthe nicest hotels I stayed in In Turkey.

Şehir merkezinde kalinabilecek, temiz, düzgün ve konumu itibariyle ideal bir otel. Otel bünyesinde olan restoranı da özellikle künefe konusunda çok başarılı. Tek eksi yanı restoranda sigara içilebilen bölüm ile içilmeyen bölüm tam ayrılmamış. İster istemez yoğun sigara içildiğinde etkiliyor. Onun dışında personelde gayet ilgili ve yardim severdi. Merkezde kalmayi ve şehri gezerek lokantlarını denemeyi tercih eden bir kayakçı olarak kesinlikle tekrar kalabileceğim bir otel.

"Lovely hotel "

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Very nice. Rooms lovely and kept very clean. The whole hotel smells lovely everywhere ( no smell of smoke) 👌 wonderful breakfast and very good choice. Nice staff. Very polite. Would highly recommend

Overall it‘s a very nice hotel, friendly staff, only a few know english though. They gave us different rooms than first assigned due to renovations.

Ikinci defa burada konaklıyorum. Gerçekten tekrardan çok memnun kaldım. Tekrar gelirsem tekrar burada konaklarım. Kahvaltısı ve oda mobilyaları, dizaynı güzel. Klima yok ama genelde bu Erzurum için bir problem değil. Tek sorun geçen geldiğimde oda daha temizdi. Yine temizdi ancak biraz daha özene ihtiyacı vardı. Özelikle yerdeki halının elden geçirilmesi lazım. Dediğim gibi Erzuruma gelirsiniz muhakkak konaklayın.
