Yeni ve temiz bir otel

War ein angehender unkomplizierter Aufenthalt. Zu berücksichtigen ist auch das bei Ramadan gewisse Abläufe eingeschränkter sind was aus menschlicher Sicht verständlich ist.

Reservation and management team are greedy and not helpful at all. We requested to move dates due to flight issues. We were ready to pay the difference but they asked us to rebook new nights as if pay double the price mentioned on expedia for our required dates. No help to bring our luggage to reception in snowfall. Too many stairs with small kids and no support. Its hard to sit ok toilets. Broken toilet. Good breakfast. Not Recommended for families

Reservation staff is greedy and not helpful at all. We booked and paid 3 nights, due to our flight issues we requested to move to dates by 2 days. They asked us to pay twice the price. Al though on expedia, it was same price. Bathroom is very small, specially toilet. Fire exit doors in our room. No window, so either open the door or no air. Breakfast was very good. No help to bring luggage from car to reception in terrible weather conditions with small kids. I don’t know how they have high rating.
