USEverything! What a fantastic local hamlet experience with a staff dedicated to making every part of our stay a quality one. Honestly, one of the most unique properties we have ever stayed at. From the local pub experience to walking after sunset to see sleeping sheep at the end of the quiet lane, we could not have asked for a better place to stay.

Beautifully updated property near Queen Elizabeth Forest Park. Check in was quick and easy. Our room was large with a king size bed, a lovely view from the window, large bathroom room with a large enclosed shower. Nice soap and shampoo. We had a delicious dinner in the restaurant.
We found Jack and the staff to be very friendly and accommodating which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The bar and restaurant menus were superb! The room was large and had a lovely view. Breakfast and coffee were top notch. I wish we had booked the Black Bull Inn for the entirety of our stay here in the highlands.
Such a wonderful place to stay. Gartmore was central to our visit. The village is one street long. Locals own and run the inn. Definitely recommend.
GBThe breakfast was very good, however, one thing did need attention. The sauce bottle neck needing cleaning.
The cleanliness of the room. Paint peeling off the wall in the bathroom, paint chipped on the walls in bedroom. Cobwebs in bathroom and bedroom, hanging down from radiator and walls. Shower head leaking, tiles and grout in shower compartment needed cleaning. Window sills in need of a wash. The wardrobe was a cupboard above a desk, unable to reach it..
