My wife and I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring we had all the information we needed from the start of our stay. We were impressed by our fourth-floor apartment, which comfortably accommodated four people. The apartment boasted spaciousness and excellent amenities, including ample storage space and a fully equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances and plentiful crockery and cutlery. The comfortable beds and fresh linen added to our overall comfort. One standout feature was the convenient mixer in the shower, allowing precise control over water temperature. Though it took a bit of time to familiarize ourselves with the controls for the bathroom drying system, the effort was well worth it. Additionally, we enjoyed the unique amenities provided, such as the handy vacuum cleaner, raclette set, and board games. The apartment's large balcony provided a delightful outdoor space, while the electric metal roller shutters on the windows added to our convenience. We also appreciated the hotel's underground parking facilities with a lift and a ski locker available on the ground floor. The location couldn't have been better, with a nearby store, excellent restaurant, cafes, and bars within easy reach. The proximity of the ski lift, just a 5-minute walk away, made accessing the slopes hassle-free. Furthermore, we found it convenient to explore neighboring areas by car, including Courchevel-Le Praz (20 minutes) and Les Menuires (45 minutes). Overall, our stay exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend this accommodation.

Improving the sharpness of the knives would enhance kitchen efficiency. Additionally, addressing occasional unpleasant odors from the kitchen sink would contribute to a more pleasant experience.

The studio was perfect, nice and quiet town. Clean and affordable sauna closeby. People were wonderfull. Place was big enough and has a bathtub, wich is a delight after a days boarding. Locker room at entrance of building for the boardshort or ski's. Attention for details in studio upon arrival, little soaps and tablets for the dishwasher so you dont have to buy a box, etc. Telecabin and store less then 5 min walk.

You have to be in time for telecabin (last one at 17 o clock) to come down, missing it is costly.

Would have been good to have a hand washing sink in the same room as the toilet

The room is spacious, the balcony has a lovely view of the mountains. The blinds on the balcony doors and main window are electric and black out any light for sensitive sleepers. They also provide an extra level of security. The kitchen was well supplied with cooking appliances; stove, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, fridge, for mixers etc. The apartments are closely located to the supermarket and the gondola. And next door but one is the boulangerie.

A gym and swimming pool would have been nice. But the thermal spa is closeby and the Mercure hotel offers a day membership to the spa from 3pm onwards for 12 euro. (At the time of writing).
