Bien situé pour aller visiter pike market, Broadway, etc on peut faire beaucoup de choses à pied si on le désire. . Nous sommes arrivés passé minuit et avec les codes envoyés, c'était très clair et facile

While the facilities themselves were unproblematic, the reservation and payment processes were. My reservation disappeared from Sonder's app even after I completed their pre-check in process of verifying my identification and utilizing their convoluted system to scan my face in their app, and spent several hours in total on the phone trying to explain why this was an issue and that my reservation had been viewable previously. I had to call again when I did not get check in instructions 24 hrs before check in. When I needed to update the credit card being used, Sonder said that because I was not charged at time of booking, I could add new payment method in booking.com (which I did), only to find out Sonder HAD charged me at time of booking and would not refund the original card and process payment on the new one. I was unable to be reimbursed by my employer because of this and will likely not book a Sonder property ever again.

Bagnon davvero piccolo con doccia a vista (che non a tutti può piacere). Curioso come abbiamo montando la ventosa del Bagno sopra la doccia e non dove c’è il wc. Mettere il piumone a metà agosto mi sembra folle perché così sei costretto ad utilizzare l’aria condizionata anche se non indispensabile, ma in America purtroppo funziona così. Posizione buona, 20 min a piedi dal centro ma al ritorno è tutta salita

Pareti sottili e poco fonoassorbenti, rumori di ventole e aria condizionata provenienti dalle altre stanze.

In meinem Zimmer hörte man die ganze Nacht über ein Brummen, das mich am Schlafen hinderte, dessen Ursprung ich nicht finden konnte. Das Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen, nur über eine laute mobile Klimaanlage kam Luft ins Zimmer. Das Klo war am ersten Tag schon verstopft, bevor ich angekommen bin. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein, die Dusche steht offen im Raum ohne wirklichen Sichtschutz, falls man zu zweit ist. Es gibt kein Frühstück. Es ist sehr mühsam, Zugang zum Zimmer zu bekommen. Die app funktioniert nicht, es geht nur über die website, sich anzumelden. Zuvor muss man einen preCheckin online machen. Zum Zimmer kommt man nur mit einem code, den man mühsam suchen muss, weil die app nicht funktioniert. Diese Hotel hat mich wirklich zum verzweifeln gebracht, ich würde nie wieder dort hingehen!

Non è prevista la pulizia delle camere, la camera è piccolina, due valigie non ci stanno aperte però ci si adatta.
