Good value for the property, walkable to trains , for transportation to down tow

I asked for an iron board and iron they gave me an ironing board with no iron what good is that? I asked for a late checkout (1 hour) mm was me

nice rooms , atmosphere is great . friendly staff . just need to pay $100 in cash for security deposit kind of crazy tho

The room weren’t very well cleaned. The fridge was empty not even a bottle of was there. No hand soap in the bathroom and body wash (specifically for people who might have time or forget to bring their own) and the towels were not clean. For better hygiene towels out to changed every time someone sleeps in a room. The room was small for its price and there was no chair to sit on in the room. The dining room was dirty as well as the microwaves.

Sketchy place. Hotel was poor, staff couldn’t help me find transportation to the airport.

Nice, clean, and affordable

I stayed for 3 nights august 2025 and had zero complaints. It was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. There's an eating area in the basement with tables, chairs, and microwaves. No frills but you will have everything you need at the most decent price you'll find for a NYC hotel. The best part is that the area is convenient to the subway and has GREAT food. The Buffs, a Thai restaurant, and Mama's, a Dominican place, are both amazing. Get breakfast at Sunshine Coffee right around the corner from the hotel.

Room was small but it had everything

The hotel itself was ok, and staff were helpful when needed. I had old blood stains and hair on my pillow when I checked in. The area around the hotel is my biggest concern. The subway station is only about a 10 minute walk, however this is not a part of town you want to walk through as a solo traveler or woman.
