It was good except outside the property

Great

The property was not clean, dirty floors, hair on bedspread and in shower. They’re website says toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) are provided - they’re not, there was about 3 oz of shampoo in packets available, one small bar of hand soap, no extra towels, only 2 pillows for a king bed. The entire building has a slight smell of marijuana and the elevator is out of service. Had issues with the keycard, wasn’t working, wasn’t asked to provide ID to receive a new one. Very poor experience.

No food options, very bad checkout service and room wasn’t properly cleaned

Not happy

We were asked to wait for 30 mins to check - the staff looks clueless about what she was doing. We arrived at the room, obviously they just mopped it ‘cause the floor was still wet and the bathtub still dirty. I don’t understand how they were unprepared when they have time to clean the room from the last guest’s checkout til we check in. The mattress was so uncomfortable to lay on ‘cause it still has the plastic cover on it! The area around the hotel looks sketchy, I don’t feel safe while staying there.
