"The hotel needs some upkeep."

The towels were rough, like cardboard. In serious need of being replaced. Also, the shower door was broken so they had replaced it with a fabric shower curtain, which smelled like mildew. Seemed like a cheap fix.

The property and the staff incredible

But my problem was that I couldn’t extend my stay if i didn’t do it by any website that they are in. And i have to find another hotel elsewhere. Totally disappointed about it.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location was great, Walked everywhere.

Well, there was no breakfast. Just coffee, that's it. Room was very small and very loud. There is no bathroom door. We had a shower curtain to screen off the area. There isn't even a wall in between the two areas, just a Japanese style partition. When my kid dropped their toothbrush at the sink, it fell under the wall beneath the bed! Towels were some of the worst towels I have ever had - motel, B&B, Inn... I honestly think we may have been given four bath mats by mistake.
