Couldn’t have been happier, everything was perfect! Ask for Diana at the front desk, she will have you taken care of! Great stay for the kiddos as well, plenty to keep them busy inside the hotel! Thanks for an amazing stay!

It is not in a safe area. They upgraded us to a “ better” room that faced the street and we were up until 4 am listening to criminals, loud cars, the police, and ambulances so we hardly slept. The shower handle fell off when we touched it. There was no iron or ironing board, although the hotel staff did bring one up when I asked. This was our second stay here as we needed to be close to the colleges in Providence, but we will definitely find somewhere else to stay next time we visit. The rooftop restaurant was decent, but the server was much too busy and it took too long to get drinks and food.

I like the rooms generally and the location is great

we had to wait hours past 3pm check in to get into our room. we didn’t get in until 5:30 because they hadn’t cleaned it there was a strange smell of fish in the room in the morning the in room coffee maker didn’t work

All the basics were covered but in a really nice way. The street noise was a bit too audible for a good rest but the staff here are great and the overall experience was pleasant. Good location.

There was no privacy when using the bathroom. You can see the other person showering from the bed. No privacy.

This was a really nice stay, probably one of the better Aloft hotels I’ve been to. The room was a good size and the window AC unit in my room worked well, which is appreciated. The location is hard to beat, right on the riverwalk with lots of restaurants just steps away. Hotel looked newly built. Being downtown, some outside noise did make it into the room, but they provided a sound machine, which is a unique touch I hadn’t seen before in a hotel. The bathroom was large however, there is no bathroom door just a curtain. As a solo traveler it was fine, however it wouldn’t have been ideal if the family was traveling with me. Also, the wallpaper in there was a very weird choice. Staff was super friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. Overall, a solid pick if you want something modern and comfortable in a great location. Just know there are a few quirks.

Check-in was a breeze and my dog loved his stay. Clean rooms, nice views, and gorgeous outdoor space.

No microwave in the room. Parking was iffy. I didn't use valet but every time I walked by the valet attendants were talking about how their lot was full and didn't know what they would do with the cars.

The property was very clean. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Gave us recommendations on where to go where to eat where to hang out the lobby bar was also very nice. The rooms were super Duper clean very nice. I had a room on the fifth floor, which had a nice view. Overall, I would say my stay was pretty good. Also, they charge for parking so we parked on the street which was way less overall I spent maybe seven dollars for parking the whole weekend versus $40 a night.
