This was our first time at this resort and it was amazing. The staff was more than top notch. Everyone seemed to be happy to help and be available for you at any time. The room upgrade was perfect!! The rooms and resort was clean and I had no issues with anything!! Thank you for a stay we will always remember.

The hotel was clean and beautiful. The pools were outstanding, on the downside no entertainment for adults. It was pretty boring. besides swimming in the pool and the ocean, there was nothing to do all day. The food was extremely expensive. The hotel promote are all inclusive and all-inclusive to my understanding. include food and drink's No food and drink was included with the booking.

**Extremely Disappointing Experience – Do NOT Book Here!** I booked a non-refundable package at this hotel, and unfortunately, I tested positive for COVID right before my stay. Despite my situation, the hotel refused to offer any assistance or allow me to reschedule, and instead insisted I still come to the hotel. They didn’t care about my health or the safety of other guests—they just wanted get my money. I reached out multiple times, but nobody ever called me back, and no one offered a solution. It was completely heartless. I was responsible enough to stay home to avoid infecting others, but the hotel couldn’t have cared less they wanted me to with my Covid to there hotel didn’t care from the other guest just not to get me money back . In the end, they took my money without me even stepping foot on the property. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They showed zero empathy and made it clear that their priority is money, not guest safety or well-being. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel at all costs.

Beautiful place, well maintained and excellent customer service!

Love staying here anytime we're in Cancun this is where we stay. The staff everywhere here are so friendly, helpful and always do a great job. It's nice and quite at night and even when they're full you don't feel like it is overcrowded at all. Love everything about this resort. We'll definitely be back soon.

The activities were great! (Ricky Rocks!) Food and alcohol were good. Service was friendly and honest. The gym was smelly so we didn’t use it because of that, but would have liked to.

Cleaning

Everything was beautiful, we booked our reservations for dinner before arriving and it went smoothly. As always the staff is friendly, welcoming, hard working and super helpful. We've been here quite a few times in the past few years since our first stay for our honeymoon. Highly recommend this resort.

The pools where nice the staff were so so the liquor was terrible and watered down the staff always try to get you somewhere into spending slot Of money for literally everything they charge for they told us we had all inclusive up until we arrived there they said it wasn’t all inclusive and had to end up spending money for everything when we made sure to get a all inclusive resort, and they know now you have no other choice After traveling there and taking multiple layover flights to get there and sleeping at random airports to get to that resort and then being told that our stay wasn’t all inclusive and we have no other choice but to end up staying there. Other then that the place was ok but not really much to do there at that resort !
