The property is beautiful and in a good location.

While the food at dinner is really very good, the breakfast is not really at the same level: to offer sliced cheese and a spreadable cheese from an industrial maker in a region producing good quality cheeses is unacceptable to me. There is a big difference between the staff, some of them very competent and affable, others very dry and without being able to be proactive instead of only being reactive.

Borgo Petroro sempre una garanzia, ci eravamo già stati e ci siamo tornati! Sempre bello, accogliente, pulito e personale gentile e disponibile.

Purtroppo rispetto a quando ci siamo stati la prima volta abbiamo trovato peggiorati la colazione e la cena, anche ciò che arrivava da mangiare in piscina non era eccezionale.

Very well maintained property, excellent food at the restaurant.

Beds were comfortable. The family stayed in the roomy Bastioni apartment. Breakfast was very good and the staff were patient when we arrived just before serving was supposed to end. The hotel - an old castle —and pool area were lovely. Very friendly staff.

Beautiful views, excellent swimming pool, staff very pleasant and accommodating, Charging point for EV.

Outside restaurant, there were lots of flies, no insect deterrents used.
