The hotel is beautiful. Our room had 3 balconies over a busy square and we were worried about noise. We were wrong, the sound proof windows made sure we did not hear a thing.

I felt the cleanliness was lacking. We specifically said we didn’t drink alcohol yet a bottle was sent to our room daily. This reflected poor attention to detail.

Hotel and history of hotel was absolutely stunning - as were the rooms!

I wish we could have chosen our room specifically based on view/window, which are such a huge draw for this hotel. While many on the site show large sweeping windows with amazing city views, we had a very small window to physically lean out and turn to see a view of the city.
