The location was great we didn't have far to go to eat and shop. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. They sent checkup texts to make sure we were good and if we needed anything.

I booked this hotel because I needed an overnight on our drive from Michigan to Florida. I usually pick Hilton because their quality is generally very good. I have traveled extensively for work for over 30 years and just retired. The room was clean and that is the best thing I can say. The TV did not work, the cabinet doors are mostly loosely hanging, the walls around the shower show some significant water damage, the paint touch ups on the walls look like a child did them. This property will be a mess if Maintenence is not stepped up immeadiately. Breakfast was not possible. We got down for breakfast at 8:30, well before the 10 am closing time. There were no forks, one spoon, six knives, no eggs, no tortilla shells for the “make your own breakfast burrito”, no milk for cereal, a few “everything” bagels, and a host of other things the signs and labels said should be there were not. The front desk staff could not care less about any issues with the hotel. They are all too busy on thier cell phones to bother with guests. I hope Hilton fixes this. The rest of my trip is now at Marriot properties.
