The common areas were beautiful.

Our room was just dirty. Nobody ever mopped or clean the floors. There was hair all over the floor in the bathroom. The couch had stains all over the cushions. We specifically requested there to be sheets for the sofa bed, and there were not. So we called the front desk and asked if sheets could be brought up to our room because we had two sick kids and the front desk Gentleman asked us to just come down and get the things we needed. To top it all off, there was a giant cockroach I was greeted by in the bathroom in the middle of the night. I saved/pinned it under a cup and warned the staff when they cleaned the room they would find the 2 inch long cockroach. And the staff informed me it was likely just a water bug. Um no im sorry, it was absolutely a cockroach Which you will see when you find it under that cup. 😮😩

The room was very clean, nice and spacious, and the front desk staff were very warm and welcoming. Thank you to Judith and Michelle for assuring that everything was perfect for my stay.

The location was great. Close to restaurants and stores. The staff at the check-in desk were AMAZING!!! Very friendly and helpful.

The night shift work (the younger lady with the short brunt orange hair ) was very nice and did her best to assist me with what I needed also the lady that did breakfast was very nice to all of my boys (roughly about 15 boys ).

The manager on duty(foreign guy in a suit hair, pulled back to a ponytail) was not very friendly when I asked questions about a tax exemption because I was traveling with a nonprofit group. He brushed it off when I asked about other accommodations that I asked for because I did have a autistic child with me. It was also brushed off one of the three rooms that I booked refrigerator was broken. I asked for extra towels in linen because they are quite a few kids. I did not receive them and the pool was not open.

Very Close to shops, restaurants yet not on the busy street. Staff was professional, service oriented and very responsive to the simplest comment, concern or need. All areas were very clean , I hope they continue to maintain the property as time goes by as I understand it is only a couple years old. Looove the breakfast. There was a nice hot assortment daily and very substantial from sausage, grits , oatmeal , breakfast tacos , waffles, breakfast potatoes. Area kept very clean and well stocked. My suite was modern, spacious and well appointed with a full size refrigerator and all necessary supplies to cook a meal -which I did not. I enjoyed my stay and plan to return when passing through in December with my family. This is a wonderful little place to stay. Please keep it up.

The property is located in a busy location. Not bad, a lot of food options but the traffic is a bit much. There is not always a person at the front desk. I called down and couldn't reach anyone and upon leaving I had to look for desk clerk. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was ok. Your choice was eggs shaped in a circle, hashbrown, and only chicken sausage. No brown sugar for the oatmeal, but there were nuts raisins, etc. Only orange and apple juice and they weren't cold. Oh yeh, they did provide bottled water. There was a waffle maker and several cereal choices. Great workout equipment and a small but decent laundry area. Overall, I would stay again!

We stayed here for a short visit but still were pretty impressed by the customer service. The property amenities were good, room was lovely and spacious, air conditioning was working excellent, especially with the heat outside. My only complaint is that some areas of the carpet in our room looked a little dirty, the bathroom floor needed to be mopped in one corner and there was dirty rag mark on one wall in the bathroom. Aside from these cleaning mishaps, it was a lovely room and a good stay. We would definitely stay again.

First off all, I enjoyed a handful of the staff. Jordan was amazing, Sabrina was amazing, Tyler was amazing, Jensen is great, he just started, Daryl was amazing, he did the breakfast and it was always hot and in time. The rooms are a great size and beds are comfy. ( sorry if I spelled any names wrong)

The manager Michelle, terrible!!! She lacks hospitality and yet works in it. She called me a liar and as a guest with proof in a picture form, and video makes it that much worse. The guy Jen or Jean from another property who came to fill in, just dumb and really should not be in hospitality. Being locked in your room for over 18 hours is wild to me. I could not leave it i would be locked out of my room. The door needed new batteries or a charge, and i was given a new key as if that was gonna open my door. Once he realized it wouldn't, he said he would call someone. That was at 3pm... nobody came until after 9am the next day. However I had to complain 2 more times, and it came as a surprise to every employee in the next shift. I had already changed rooms once due to nonsense. Something broke in my room, and I complained. After a WHOKE WEEK, it was never fixed. This place is a circus. Not a great place if you want to relax or be stress free.
