"I liked the location."

Location. Staff was friendly.

The wifi was bad and there was no-one who knew how to do anything about it. I was told it was probably because I was on a side of the building that got bad reception and to use my own phone as a hot spot. There should be a better resolution than that. The hotel advertised free wifi that I wasn't able to access completely.

"In a word: wonderful."

In a word: wonderful. The staff, the amenities, the stay. Could not have asked for a better experience, more friendly staff, cleaner facilities, or greater hospitality. It was amazing. 10/10, have already recommended and would again. We will definitely stay in the future.

Spacious rooms for my family of 5. Front desk lady and cleaning lady very nice. Tv didn’t work for live tv and phone in room was out so had to walk to front desk if I needed anything like extra towels etc.

"Poor Service."

Although this hotel appears to be a gem, the service i received was less than satisfactory. Upon arrival i was greeted with a smile and assured that i was going to have an amazing stay. That feeling escaped once i got to my room to notice the toilet was backed up. I immediately called the front desk to inform them of the matter and was informed that the clerk was the only one at the front desk and she would see what she could do. The evening passed us by and the following morning approached and still no solution. After 3 trips to the front desk i was finally able to get some assistance.

Staid 2 nights with 3 children in a 2 queen and roll out. It was clean, great staff and fee breakfast had good options. Would stay again. Beds could be a little softer but for the price it was great!
