The room reeked horribly with the smell of pet urine. There were strawberries 9n the carpet in 4 places. The was a whole tangerine under the bed. The floors and smell were so bad that I doubt that any part of it was clean. When we told the manager she told my wife to "tell the website." My wife has been in management for 20 years. She has made sure to spread the word about our unclean room and rude and unprofessi9nal management.

Great hotel, great service, and beautiful clean facilities.

The rooms were very comfortable. I especially loved the lighting where the bathroom mirror was.

The property was clean and updated. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept on in a hotel.

Lack of silverware in our kitchen. We had spoons but no forks or knives

AVOID THIS HOTEL. Rooms were stained, dirty. Staff was very rude. I've been a diamond member for over 10 years and this was the worst Hilton branded hotel I've stayed at. No response from the hotel or Hilton after providing feedback. Checked in after 7pm and rooms were not ready. Had to wait on staff to check the rooms. Rooms were missing bedding and television remote. Twice I was told I had to go retrieve these items from the front desk. No apology for inconvenience.
