El hotel en general tiene muy buenas instalaciones, pero lo que lo distingue es su personal, todos son muy amables, atentos y serviciales, te sientes acogido. El chef Eder excelente calidad en sus alimentos, sabor exquisito en todo. Marco una excelente atención en el restaurante. Muy serviciales y atentos te hacen sentir como en Casa.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Magical Birthday Getaway at Naay Boutique Hotel We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Naay Boutique Hotel in Holbox. Although we booked through Booking, which overpromised and overcharged for extras the hotel itself wasn’t even aware of, the Naay team went above and beyond to resolve everything. They were flexible, communicative, and took full responsibility, ensuring my husband and I could still enjoy a magical weekend for his birthday. The hotel itself exceeded our expectations: 🌅 Room View: Truly spectacular—waking up to that view was unforgettable. 🍴 Food: Very tasty and freshly prepared. 🤝 Staff: Friendly, attentive, and efficient—the kind of service that makes you feel cared for. 🌊 Location: Perfectly set away from the hustle and bustle of town, yet only a 5-minute walk to the bay with bioluminescent plankton. Because of this, we could experience the magic of the glowing water on our own, without a tour, and still had time for the three-island tour and whale shark excursion. Naay Boutique Hotel turned what could have been a stressful situation into a seamless, memorable celebration. Highly recommend this hidden gem if you’re looking for a place that values its guests and offers both tranquility and adventure.

La comodidad del hotel con todos los servicios agua caliente, aire acondicionado, cable y señal de internet además de la atención de su personal muy amables todos....tener a unos pasos la playa y poder disfrutar del inigualable atardecer y puesta de sol y después caminar a la orilla y disfrutar de la bioluminiscencia valió todo el viaje

A nuestra llegada faltaba el minibar pero en unos minutos llevaron uno...,y en otra habitación que también se hospedó parte de mi familia al final se estaba haciendo el cargo del consumo del minibar del hospedaje pasado por un error en su sistema dado que la evidencia tenía fechas anteriores a nuestro hospedaje todo se resolvió sin mayor problema....
