Easy access to the shops and restaurants

The stuff members are very friendly and there always people who are constantly cleaning the area and the hotel

The value for money very cheap

They don't have airport shuttle as advertised so had to get a taxi They don't have laundry services as advertised The location is 1 hour away from Istanbul by metro bus so very inconvenient Take my advise and don't stay at this hotel. All false advertising and misleading

Facilities in the room are mostly broken even toilet fan had dangerous electrical problems!

Staff attitude was excellent

Room only cleaned after 2 days. Light going off when in the loo.

I really liked the position of this hotel. It was very close to the many public transport routes. Easy to move across the city. The staff was polite and knowledgeable, ready to give a good advice about how you make visiting Istanbul more comfortable. Staff speak English and Russian well. I don't know about the other languages.

There are restaurant and children's play ground very near. Better to chose rooms in the upper floors, you can hear them at night. Wi-fi was slow, TV didn't work. Our flight back was on 23.06.23, midnight, we had to check-out 22.06.23, 1 pm. We asked to allow us to stay a few hours more, even we were ready to pay some money but we were rejected, despite the hotel wasn't over booked at all. We had to spent these few hours in the hall of hotel. At least, not in the street...

This is a very basic hotel. Facilities reflected on the price., cheap and cheerful. The room was very run down and could do with some repairs as there were a couple of unsafe flooring issues. On a positive not the staff were helpful. We were only there for one night. Be aware when you book its near Mosque and you will be woken up early with the sound of morning prayer

It's hard to say as I've mentioned the volue of the room reflects quality.
