The staff were very accommodative.

The place looked shabby. There wasn't even a working light in the corridor to the room. The room was tiny and had the bare minimum utilities.

Location was good

The room didn't have a phone to connect to the reception. We stayed in rm 103. The hanger behind the bathroom door was broken. The door bell doesn't work. The room was clent only once in 6 days.

The staff was friendly. They provided me with a bottle of water.

At around 2:00 am I attempted to leave the hotel, but I was unable to exit. The hotel shuts off the elevator at night. The door to the stairs is not marked, and it was locked. I was stuck on the third floor. This is very dangerous because if there is a fire or an emergency, the hotel guests could be killed. The hotel is supposed to have someone at the front desk 24 hours. After making several calls to the front desk, I was finally able to reach the receptionist, who turned on the elevator for me to exit.  I explained to the receptionist that it was an unacceptable safety risk to not have any exit for guests. He told me that they turn off the elevators at night to prevent unauthorized people from entering. I told him that he still needs to have a way for guests to leave.  The exit staircases in this hotel need to be clearly marked, and left unlocked in cases of emergencies. In addition, cockroaches were crawling up the walls and in my bed. The air-conditioning did not work so my room felt like a sauna. The bathroom smelled terrible. My room was over a very noisy alleyway. The old, single-pane window did not help to reduce noise. The thin mattress placed over a board was uncomfortable. Only 1 bedsheet and 1 towel were provided. The bedsheet and pillow cases had holes and stains. The floors were filthy. There was even old bubble gum stuck to the tile that had never been removed. I made the mistake of briefly walking barefoot in my room and the bottoms of my feet turned black.

Located on a fairly good location. Easy to access. Affordable price and clean rooms. Complimentary top notch breakfast.

Location was good

Breakfast was either Idli or Dosa. As we went out earlier, no alternative arrangement was done by the hotel. No car parking facility was arranged and my car need to be parked on the nearby road.

The location was convenient. The hotel provides the essentials, the linen were clean and the room was reasonablly clean.

It doesnt provide many amenities....just the basics. No housekeeping in the six days...no fresh towels, no change of sheets. Even the room service clearance is poor.

They did not accept us as guests when we booked an accomodation there, which is fine, as they informed us, but they also said they will cancel the reservation from their side as they made the decision not to accept us. Then they never cancelled the reservation leading to problems for me in the booking.com app!
