Nothing as such

There was no hot water supply for more than an hour. The person at the person was very rude and doesn’t know how actually customer service is done. Secondly, We have done the payment of 8 adults and 1 kid(4yrs) and so total 9 people.. u customer service staff Ms. Divya confirmed that the kid will be having complimentary stay. Hotel person asked me to pay extra amount for the 8th adult. This is highly not appreciated.

The property wasnt clean enough. Very small front . Not treebo standards. Small rooms. Didnt promise what we booked. The stay had a sofa in picture but it didnt match the reality. Donot go acc to the pics . Foul smell came from balcony side and it didnt feel fresh. Generally a pg atmosphere .

I liked the hotel staff

I really didn't like booking.com and Treebo. Treebo was unreachable, booking.com was unfair about the pictures posted in the website and waiting time on call with booking.com was often too long. Mainly, disappointed with Treebo
