Staff are not showing hospitality. As they collected extra money of around 1680 rupees. They told me they will transfer that money to my account. Till now they haven't returned money. Even I called yesterday still they are saying they will transfer it. It's too bad.

The service by the staff is very good..they will be in yr doorstep in less than 5 mins after you call..the breakfast served was very good..strategic location..

Toilet could hv been more clean

It doesn't feel safe at all since the elevator is on the street. The 1st floor is the reception and the other floors are the rooms so anyone can come from outside to inside the "hotel". Don't believe the pictures, there is no breakfast buffet. If you ask they can provide Indian breakfast in your room. It seems like they never cleaned the building like windows and aisles. The building is super dirty. Room was not the same as they show in the pictures. There is no sofa. Hot water is not hot, it's something between cold-warm. The room is very very noisy from the road traffic. I tried to cancel one of the 3 nights that I booked and the reception couldn't do that. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

No chair or table was given. Mini fridge should have been provided to make experience better.
