The staff is excellent. The bathrooms are clean, and the rooms are nice.

We can only use the lift; there are no stairs. However, the lift was constantly crowded with passengers. also

"Except the location, nothing was good."

Just the location was good and reachable. Nothing else.

The room was having some bad odor. They didnt even clean the room on our second day of stay. Booked 2 rooms through booking.com but realized that only 1 was vacant after reaching the hotel. I dont know how they ended up taking the bookings without vacant rooms. Room was very small just enough to move around. Bed was having heavy spring and noisy. The rooms were different from what we saw on photos.

"not as good as a Treebo generally is"

the same room and hotel was available on Agoda.com after i went through my booking, i tried to reschedue or get a better deal, there was no option for the same on Booking.com

this hotel is below standards as compared to other treebo places that i have visited
