We absolutely love this hotel. From the superb attention at the front desk, -they are so nice, polite and friendly! to the apt itself is amazing! The place so spacious, clean, modern. It is fully equipped, daily cleaning .. it’s perfect for a stay in Madrid. Plus the location is great! We always stay here when we come and are always welcomed and so well cared for.

The property is well located away from the hustle and bustle of the centre of the City but easily reached by Metro. A very good sized room for a family of four

The WIFI connectivity to the TV in the main room was too weak to be able to stream but this really didn’t matter. There is building work ongoing which started quite early

there are no facilities. gym was not available on site. there is no food or shop outlet. this is strictly a serviced apartment building.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, our experience was nothing short of amazing. The property itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible hospitality shown by the hotel manager (Manuel Mariño). He went above and beyond to ensure that every single one of our needs was met. Whether it was helping us with room preferences, arranging transportation, or making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, his attentiveness and professionalism were evident in every interaction. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to guest satisfaction, and we truly appreciated the personal care and effort he put into making our stay smooth and enjoyable. Thanks to him and the rest of the team, we felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of throughout our entire visit. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service, a relaxing atmosphere, and a management team that really cares. We’ll definitely be coming back!

JUST LIKE AT HOME ! Large 2 bedroom apartement, nicely decorated, modern, fully equiped kitchen, tons of amenities in the bathroom, Large living room, large smart tv’s, great bedding. Breakfast offered the first morning. Friendly receptionist.

The gym was not available because under renovation. Equipped with Technogym machine: It will look nice when it reopens.
