Good location

Extremely cumbersome check-in and registration process. In the registration email, they send a link with the door code for the apartment, and then a few days later, they send another email with instructions on how to enter. Before reaching the apartment door, there are two more locked doors that you can’t get through unless someone happens to pass by and lets you in. We called the phone number listed in the reservation multiple times, but no one answered. The shower cabin in the bathroom was clogged, and the bathroom itself wasn’t particularly clean. The kitchen has all kinds of appliances, including a washing machine, but there are absolutely no supplies provided for anything, so you have to go out and shop for everything yourself. It doesn’t match the price we paid.

Large space, great for families with small children. Responsive property management company.

Apartment floor not very clean. Slow shower drain, leak from bathroom sink. Kitchen was missing many minimum items for cooking small basic meals. Minimum amount of toilet paper, no garbage bags etc. Property management did come to drop off some missing items during our stay and were responsive to our comments. Check in is a little confusing and requires cell connection or WiFi to open the front door each time you enter. Check in instructions did not specify the building (D) where the unit was located.

The location of the apartment was absolutely perfect – 10/10, very central and convenient for everything we needed. However, the condition and amenities of the apartment left a lot to be desired.

Firstly, cleanliness was not up to standard. The floor was clearly not mopped and very dirty upon arrival. Even worse, the shower bath glass had been broken by previous guests, and shattered glass pieces were still scattered around the bathroom, which was quite dangerous. The broken glass door was never fixed, leaving us with an open shower and causing the bathroom to flood after every use. Another major issue was the lack of proper air conditioning. With temperatures above 34°C, it was extremely uncomfortable to stay indoors. The fans provided did little to cool the air and made sleeping very difficult. Lastly, we found it very inconvenient that none of the internal doors, including the bathrooms and bedrooms, had locks. We were five people sharing the space, and not having privacy or the ability to lock our own rooms or bathroom was really unpleasant.
