GuestHost - Casa Cinzia Lungomare Exclusive Flat

This is a great flat! I really enjoyed the fact that it has three separate bedrooms, as opposed to other places, which always leave one person/couple on the couch in the living room. This is a self-service apartment, so you have to tend for your own cleanliness and provisions, but you have absolutely everything you may need - a washer, dryer, coffee maker/coffee machine. The fridge is large, has a freezer, an oven and a stove. There is a massively large living room with TV and dining room, which are separate from the kitchen. The place is right at the beach, but has a quiet indoor view. There is parking around, but it is always full - it’s great that there is a paid parking place within meters, so you never have to worry about your car. Host is great - we communicated with ease via WhatsApp.

The place has awesome location. It a very spacious flat with super high ceilings. Easy access because of their a check-in system. Friendly communication with stuff.

In general it was not very clean. We found some long hairs here and there. None of has it though. The shower head in the bathroom had mold. There was a coffee machine and capsules that did not match, therefore useless. We could not control the heating and it was cold most of the time in the apartment. In general not much of a cosines.

Great location to explore Bari, very near the old town but on a quiet street. Local café with excellent Aperol spritz around the corner, as well as the promenade road along the sea. The apartment is spacious, pleasantly cool (it is in an classical building with high ceilings & a lot of marble), well stocked with all the necessities, great for a group of friends (has 2 WCs and a living room to gather in). Communication was easy, the host was very friendly and accommodating, even ordered us a taxi to the airport for when we left.

Collecting the keys from the host worked really well, as we corresponded on Whatsapp, but if plans change it is usually more convenient to have a lockbox. However, it is just a small thing and we didn't really have a problem with it (and I couldn't think of anything else to write, the apartment was great for our weekend stay).

- best thing about the apartment was the location, very central plus the sea view - spacious and it has everything you need inside - great communication with the host who greeted us there and helped us with suggestions

- perhaps because it's in an historical building, it has no AC and when we got there it was very hot inside, had to open all windows and some couldn't sleep because of the street noise - for some reason the floor was very dirty, you couldn't walk barefoot - only one bathroom to shower, it's not ideal for 6 people so you need to come up with a bathroom schedule :D

This property was beautiful, very rustic and modern at the same time. Directly opposite water creating a beautiful view from our place. Location was perfect - 15 minute walk into the city center of Bari.

Good kitchen and facilities. Very secure and the place felt safe. Massive choice of places to eat and easy walk to the old town. Pretty quiet considering the location by the sea. Good quality Washing machine/drier Silvia who welcomed us provided good info on places to eat and how best to get to the other towns we visited. She said if we had any further questions we could WhatsApp and replied when we did have a question.

Hard press to be critical. I guess there was a loose toilet seat and one set of keys was a bit tricky but I suspect they are things sorted by now.

Very nice flat. Was scared of certain reviews complaining about smells, but there was absolutely none of that

Not as clean as could have been but still very much OK, which I can understand because apparently the previous guests had been very messy.
