It was close to the galaxy of lights

We found a fingernail in the ice bucket, the carpet was stained, the window bench/couch was also stained, and there was someone else’s hair around and on the table. The shower and sink also didn’t look clean. We were told to respond to a text message if we needed anything. So we asked for a couple more pillows and got no response.

Great breakfast. Lots of choices and the lady taking care of breakfast was very friendly. Very close to space center and botanical gardens.(less than a mile) Very clean place also.

There was a little problem with the billing. The payment was canceled and recharged for each night, but I think that was a problem with our bank and not the hotel. The staff was friendly and checked on it and helped us understand what had happened. Was not their fault.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. Had a great breakfast. And the location was perfect and right off the highway.

Room looked like it had been rushed to be cleaned. Still a dirty towel hanging in the bathroom and clothes from the previous tenant in the wardrobe.

Didn’t have breakfast, but the location was perfect.

The staff. The lady that checked me in was wonderful but the guy that I’ve talked to Saturday night asking could we check out late was pretty rude. Not sure if it was a guy or lady it was over the phone.
